A collective bargaining mainly follows an eight tread approach. The approaches are preparing, arguing, signaling, proposing, packaging, bargaining, closing and agreeing. In the context of United States whenever an agreement is reached by the process of collective bargaining, the conditions of that contract are written down into a licitly enforceable bargaining agreement or a union contract.
